I admit, you taking on my corrupted insurance company was a big challenge, and kudos to Brandon for his patience and perseverance that he fought with DAILY to get them to make it right! He deserves an award! Lol!! I had my car there for 6+ weeks, although it was ready 3 weeks ago.. On another topic.. Rick, in the front office needs to get some customer service skills if he’s gonna work directly with the customers. He’s HUNG UP ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES? Also, HE CALLED ME, then stated I couldn’t keep him on the phone bc he had calls to make? That call lasted less than TWO MINUTES? His level of courtesy and respect towards those he’s supposedly trying to help, is greatly diminished.. He’s soured and bitter and needs to work outside of customer service, imo.. I can’t imagine that I’m the ONLY person he’s acted like that to, and he’s offering NO APOLOGY even when it was brought to his attention? He’s RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, HATEFUL AND VERY ILL-TEMPERED!! Chad was also a HERO in my book!! He took over dealing with my insurance company when Brandon was gone, and he grew very impatient quickly! It wasn’t HIM, it was m INS COMPANY BEING DIFFICULT!! Thank you to Brandon and Chad for finally making it work out!! To the techs in the back, they did a phenomenal job on my car! It looks, sounds and drives great! Thank you for having high standards and not bending to the lower standards of my ins company! Despite my car being held for an additional 3 weeks, your company is founded on striving for high standards and you are a top notch company! Thanks to all who made it happen!!

Only about half the hail damage appeared to be repaired. The roof was left with about a dozen hail dents just from a quick look and a lot of blue specks and scuffs on the vehicle noted as well that I don’t believe were there previously. The biggest dent didn’t appear to be completely fixed and cracked paint still showing by the Onstar antenna. I had to leave the vehicle and could not pick it up after being told it was ready.

Three seconds of brain failure!!lol and I needed a Body Shop Chad and the guys at Paramount collision went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. The work that was done was superior. I would definitely recommend them as a Body Shop in the future.!!

My truck has never been so nice not only did Paramount collision do exceptional body work but the interior of my truck was detailed they communicated on a daily basis or at least every other day by text keep me informed and updated they completed to work in a timely manner I would use them again no doubt
