Everyone I talked to was so kind and helpful, from start to finish. The frequent updates while my car was in their care were much appreciated. I felt like I knew what was going on with my car at all times. The turn around was amazingly fast. My repairs were finished before the estimated completion date. When I picked it up, it was immediately apparent that this team takes a lot of pride in what they do. My car looks like there was never body damage to begin with. The paint job is so seamlessly blended, it’s impossible to tell that the whole door was replaced. And the most thoughtful cherry on top was that both inside and outside of my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off. I 110% absolutely appreciate your team for the quality work and a pleasant experience.

I came back after Street Toyota fixed the problem and brought pictures and name of person that fixed my car, so they could learn and not let this happen to anyone else. I asked the owner to reach out to street and send them a Thank you for not only fixing my car but not charging me. He apologized and took notes and said he would address my issues with staff. He stated I’ll send them breakfast and insisted that he get me a gift card to my favorite restaurant. For all I endured. Since then all that’s happened is they cashed the insurance check, while my $500.00 co-pay was paid the first time I got my car. It’s been over 4 weeks and the promise to send breakfast and gift card never happened. I will not go back due to mediocre work at best, degrading comments, and empty promises.

Service was fantabulous! From drop off to pick up. Received consistent calls for updates and even received assistance picking up and dropping off rental! Highly recommend to family and friends! Two thumbs and big toes up!
