Service was beyond the expectation of a painted replacement back bumper. Included with the bumper was a car wash and treated tires, vacuumed interior and a complimentary tee shirt! The personnel were friendly, professional and enthusiastic in providing quality service which included timely calls to advise me of the status of each phase of the job. Well done! I recommend Paramount Collision whole-heartedly!

This is the second separate vehicle I have taken to Paramount Collision Repair and they do a phenomenal job all around. I’d like to recognize Brandon Perdue at Paramount who was my point of contact through the whole process. I received timely text updates on the repair process but Brandon would follow up with calls to make sure he was available for any questions I might have. I was totally at ease while my vehicle was getting repaired because Paramount, Brandon Perdue and the team were working on my vehicle. Thank you Brandon Perdue for being a professional at what you do - the character and integrity you displayed through the whole process cannot be taught. Hopefully not anytime soon but I will go back to Paramount Collision Repair because of the great work they do and, more importantly, the employees they have on their team. Thank you!!! Darren Britto
