Back passenger tire was flat, gas tank was left at 70 miles when it was brought in with full tank, oil has to be changed, washer fluid is empty, and the tire plug cap is missing on the drivers side tire. Lots of mistakes and a lot of things wrong that shouldn’t be

I just got my truck back today, and it looks wonderful! I never opened the hood, not knowing if it would latch again, but continually looked under the vehicle for leakage. They found the radiator support damaged. The body work is wonderful. The paints match, as do the body components match up perfectly. The work was interrupted some due to suppliers performance (damaged parts, wrong parts) but their policy of texting me every Tues and Thurs kept me informed. The only thing I might add is the inclusion of additional details when vendor issues arise (my vehicle is the first year of a new bodystyle). I am very satisfied with both the quality of their work and their personal interaction.

I discovered a few issues after I picked up my vehicle. I addressed the issue after weekend and they were able to look at vehicle immediately. They identified the problems and fixed the issues. Personnel were courteous and attentive to the issues and provided quick service.
