My vehicle required mechanic repairs and involved an insurance claim. Chad, Richard and the crew got the repairs done in a timely fashion. In fact, I got my pickup back a couple of days before the expected deadline. They communicated with me throughout the process and even coordinated the return of my rent car. They worked flawlessly with State Farm and my expected deductible was the only expense I had. They even detailed the vehicle, which was an unexpected courtesy, since no body repair was involved. I had suffered a punctured fuel tank and the cab had filled with fuel vapors; so they took care of even that detail!

I had initially intended to have my wife's vehicle serviced at the same shop. However, the extended service duration and the concerning communication prompted me to seek repairs elsewhere for her vehicle. The alternative shop completed the work with a significantly more efficient and satisfactory process. With that being said, I regret my decision to utilize your shop for my vehicle.

While the staff members were courteous, there was a significant disparity between the communication provided and the actual service delivery. My vehicle repair extended to approximately five weeks, despite being informed on two separate occasions that it would be completed by Friday. Furthermore, the refund amount I received was substantially lower than the figure initially stated by the adjuster
