Definitely will return if the need arises. There were just some defects in the paint after looking it over. I am very pleased with the overall experience for all of our vehicles, but not completely satisfied with the paint job. I also think, and this is just a suggestion. That’s the vehicle should be washed and detailed before turning it over to the owner as well as the gas tank filled up. I know this isn’t a requirement, but I think for overall customer experience it’s definitely something I would suggest.

Overall, the paint job was very good. There’s just several spots that are not covered on the vehicle minor detail details that were overlooked. I also believe that the vehicle should be detailed and full of gas when picked up. I know that’s not a requirement or expected, but I just think it would be a better customer experience if the car had been detailed and washed before we picked it up and on the fuel, I know that was like above and beyond, but I believe above and beyond is what Paramount collision wants to accomplish.

Everyone I talked to was so kind and helpful, from start to finish. The frequent updates while my car was in their care were much appreciated. I felt like I knew what was going on with my car at all times. The turn around was amazingly fast. My repairs were finished before the estimated completion date. When I picked it up, it was immediately apparent that this team takes a lot of pride in what they do. My car looks like there was never body damage to begin with. The paint job is so seamlessly blended, it’s impossible to tell that the whole door was replaced. And the most thoughtful cherry on top was that both inside and outside of my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off. I 110% absolutely appreciate your team for the quality work and a pleasant experience.
