I have used this company before and I am always extremely satisfied with the results. One point that always stands out for me is the constant communication. I don’t have to worry about what is currently going on. I am constantly updated including timing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Park Auto Body acknowledged that a windshield would be needed after I presented evidence that showed no evidence of damage from photos taken at scene of accident. Replacement windshield is being ordered.

The work was good but the staff needs to better communicate with customers especially when they know your vehicle repairs will be delayed. That’s what happened in my case.

I was very frustrated trying to get a new updated status on my vehicle. They kept telling me they will call me when it was completed. That wasn’t fair to me. It was after the initial date of when it was supposed to be completed.

The rear where the damage was looks fine but my driver side door makes a noise like it’s hanging a little low & the door was fine before the repair. Not sure why my door now has a problem but wasn’t hit in the accident.

The rental I received was not comparable to my car the car took forever to warm up. It was very uncomfortable to use for the length of time I had it.
