Everyone was sooo nice and polite. Rebecca sweet as pie...I forget the guys name that brought out my truck....he was very thorough as well as a gentlemen. Thanks everyone. Wish I would have met the guy on the commercial...he should know that his staff is alright with me. That just makes the difference in this experience when your vehicle needs repair..

Bumper color does not Match. When we pointed it out we were told plastic reflects light differently than metal. Service guy shined a light on it and said it looked fine. This is a $45,000 vehicle that is less than one year old. I'd like the rear bumper to match just like the front bumper does. Truck is white diamond. Rear bumper is almost white.
