Professional performance from the first phone contact, and the interactions with Luis and Sean. Car repair completed in a three days and better than I expected (a far cry from an earlier repair by a Lexus dealership - (1 month for a similar repair). Hoping not to have another repair, but if I do, I will be going to Parkway Toyota in Englewood.
