Great customer service! A very positive experience that started with my initial phone call and continued throughout the entire process. Friendly, helpful and understanding of my needs. Everyone thoroughly answered questions and really focused on my needs. Really good communications too! I really liked the tool that is used to keep you updated every step of the way during my repair. I must say I was initially skeptical that the work would be completed in the estimated time frame but Parsons proved me wrong. You did what you said you would do and the job was completed timely. This was important to me and a very positive reflection on Parsons service attitude.The repair looks excellent and I was very happy with the overall results.
