I have taken two vehicles to Parsons, a HONDA CIVIC AND A YUKON DENALI. Both vehicles looked like they were brand new, after the repairs were made. The work was top notch and from start to finish was seamless. I would not go anywhere else, guaranteed!

From day 1 in a chance meet in duchess parking lot after I hit a deer. I saw the truck, asked the young man, who turned out to be the son-in-law. Gracious, took time to talk to me and got a business card. Moving back to the area after 34 years away with the Air Force, was a transition to slower ways. Your company was great. Friendly, efficient, helpful, from any employee I encountered!! A great local family business, and a reason I moved back home after so long. Thank you for true professionalism and hometown care!!

Not impressed I had heard good things but several things were re-used that I had not requested and dirty on top of taking almost 3 weeks

With insurance and personal money almost ten thousand dollars spent with you,you had bed completely off and yet driver's side bed and the rest of truck was dirty,truck was still has compound on hood and fenders,truck was scheduled a month ahead and it was there 2 1/2 weeks I would hoped to get it back clean
