Customer service is TOP NOTCH!!!! EVERY single employee I encountered was pleasant and helpful!!! After waiting since February for a rock chip and a windshield replacement from a previous body shop, I gave up and called Parson’s from a referral I was given. They told me to bring my car on in and they would work me in. I wasted months waiting on the other body shop to schedule me and wasted so much time. It was definitely worth the 1:15 minute drive to be treated with respect and have quality work completed! My car was clean when I arrived and they even put paper in the floor mats which is something you don’t see much of these days. Highly recommend! Stephanie Fusner
