I would be more careful to additional damages to my vehicle before leaving repair shop as they will not admit fault.

Would recommend for purchase as I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years with a great experience. Service department is also great. In contrast, the body shop the their lack of communication and follow up was very disappointing.

Vehicle had overspray. Notified technician, he said he would talk with his manager and get back with me. I never received a call back. Coincidently, I was called about a week later regarding a recall and could schedule to have work done. I stated my experience. They apologized age said they rotor notify customer service and they would call me back. Again there was no return call.

I was very pleased with the work that was done to my vehicle. The insurance company was the major hold up by 3 weeks. Thank you all at Mac Haik Ford. Faith was a real sweet young lady to work with and to get answers from. She is a great employee and does her job well. Thank you Faith

My car was at the dealership from 7-17-25 to 8-22-25. I made a total of 5 trips to the dealership to pickup my vehicle per being told it was ready. Each time I found issues with my car that were created by the shop from bare metal to compounding material specs on my finished body paint and on some of the plastic panels.Today when I arrived I checked my car out, I didn’t find any issues with the outside of the vehicle, I then checked inside of the vehicle finding a small hole in the back bench seat. Every time (5) I made a trip to the dealership thinking I was picking my car up I found issues with the workmanship. I told Rafael I was taking my car home I was not leaving it there due to issues being found every time. Rafael contacted a person to come to my house to fix the seat. This is the dealership I purchased this vehicle from. Not a good experience to say the least.

Rafael was rude, misenogic, arrogant, and unprofessional. He wouldn't call with updates. He wouldn't return phone calls. He would talk down to me as if I didn't know anything. He wouldn't do what.was asked. He wouldn't take care of concerns without attitude and still wouldn't do it. He would mumble under his breath when I had questions or concerns.

I took my vehicle here to have an aftermarket rear bumper installed after being involved in an accident. After paying for the work, I noticed that both my trailer hitch, and the factory hitch receiver were missing. I was told that this was “no issue” because I could bolt a ball to the bumper. This was problematic for a number of reasons: 1. The capacity of the bumper is lower than a factory receiver. 2. There is not a good way to hook up safety-chains to the bumper. 3. A bumper mounted ball is too high for my trailer to sit level. That is why I had a drop hitch. 4. My hitch ball is welded to the mount. It cannot be bolted to anything. Most importantly, the collision center was going to dispose of my hitch, as well as my factory receiver, without notifying me. I was given the option to leave the truck for another day, and pay to have the hitch receiver reinstalled. I declined, and was allowed to take the damaged factory bumper/receiver/hitch assembly with me. I installed the receiver myself over the weekend. I previously agreed to pay any additional costs associated with the aftermarket bumper, and I believe that I should have been contacted before the decision was made to not reinstall the factory receiver. I would like to point out that page 1 of the instruction manual provided this aftermarket bumper states that the frame-mounting brackets supplied with the bumper are “not used with integrated hitch.” The Mac Haik collision center used them anyway. The wiring for the license place light and sensors was zip-tied in an extremely lazy fashion: loosely and with sharp edges left exposed. The one good thing I have to say is that the detailed did a fantastic job cleaning the truck up.
