Kevin was fantastic at keeping me informed on the status of my repair. Once the repair was complete, he made the pick up process smooth and efficient. He took care of returning the rental and assisted with transferring my personal items to my car from the rental!! Superior Customer Service!!

I am a little disappointed as I dropped off my rental car on Friday, the day the 2014 Dodge Ram was scheduled for pickup with no damages to ths rental car. I received a call on Monday that there was damage done to the fender. Now I know that there was no damage to the rental when I dropped it off. Therefore, it must have happened sometime while the vehicle was on your lot. I cannot understand why Enterprise didn't pick up the vehicle that Friday. With that being said, this is the last time I will use your establishment for vehicle collision repairs and will notify USAA to this affect. I find all your male employees disrespectful to women and unprofessional.
