The constant communication and updates from Candace was fantastic. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, being very clear about every step of the process, what was happening each day etc. I felt fully informed. Candace is awesome. One piece of feedback: my car was in the shop for 22 days. While Candace was great, when I came to pick up the CST, absolutely no one, after 22 days and substantial work, talked to me in person about the car and what had been done. A porter drove up, handed me the keys, said "it's still running" (I havd comfort access) and he walked away. I had to walk the car to examine the work and make sure everything was ok. No one closed out with me, examined the work with me etc. It felt very cold and unprofessional - esp given the experience I had with Candace. Had that not been how my 22 days had been I would have marked unsatisfied with my experience.

Passport Collision Center did great work, worked smoothly with my insurance company, and put me into a rental car. I'm sorry I had my collision, but I was very impressed with their professionalism and positive customer relations. These guys are pros! I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
