Upon inspecting my car's "repair" i immediately saw areas where the damage was in fact still visible. people don't bring their vehicles in and pay their deductibles to get the vehicle back in anything less than pristine and perfect condition. I left the vehicle with a request that the repair be done properly.

I have to reduce this to a 6 due to the fact that the repair itself is part of the customer service and I already explained my dissatisfaction with that. Candace Gee seemed to be completely understanding of my position and assured me that it would be done properly when I next arrive to pick up the vehicle.
