I don’t understand why my truck had to stay there for a month and few days. I don’t understand why they didn’t inspect the whole vehicle when I dropped it off. On two occasions I was called to let me know it was something else wrong.

My red passenger seat was not fixed/worked on. I called USAA and they are gonna call me back on Monday. Hopefully we can get that locked in where the seat can be repaired and we can move forward.
