This was a total nightmare!! From scheduling to the final pick up... This should have been a few days to repair.. parts you had since July! Took 9 days to get it back! On that day, I picked it up. The entire bed of my truck was an 1" deep in water!!. The problem with that is!! I have a Tahoe cover! Doesn't get wet in side! So, somebody intentionally sprayed water between the cover and the bed! Long enough, to fill it a 1" deep!! Then the Manager acts like it my fault! Totally rude, crude and unprofessional!! I'm so pissed off!! Shouldn't have taken that long.. I should never have gotten it back in that condition, Period!! And thus, I file a complaint with my insurance company about your business...

We were very impressed with how you took the time to actually clean our car inside & out! There were a couple spots where dents were not removed and initially there was a spot where you left black crud on the side of the vehicle but when I asked about it you immediately removed & cleaned it.
