I was pleased with the repairs to my car. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I had requested areas outside of the insured repair be completed, a few scratches be buffed out, some stone chips on the hood and near the gas tank be touched up. That was not completed. I mentioned this when I picked my vehicle up. It was suggested I have the scratches buffed out when I bring it in for an oil change, because I was short on time.

A lot of back and forth between State Farm and Cook's Chevrolet. Took a week to finally be able to get our truck back.

Seems like we had to do some of the work between State Farm and Cook's. One would say they were waiting on the other for something so we had to do the calling. I don't think we should have made so many calls between to finally get them on the same page. Was frustrating at times.
