I understand that there are a limited number of loaner cars available. I appreciate the fact that I was given one at all. But I had to wait over a month to get my car fixed because of the loaner situation. And I had set up an appointment time to Drop off my car and pick up the loaner at 9:30 AM and the loaner car was not there , They were not able to contact the person that was supposed to drop it off and I was not able to pick it up until 5 PM. I just didn't understand the Purpose of making an appointment like that and going out of my way to be there and then no communication to let me know loaner car wasn't there. I made all of the phone calls to find out what was going on. Other than that everything was good.

Took to long to get parts in. Can tell where gaps don't line up equally on both sides (side repaired is off bs side not needing repair) no deductible discount for the wait length or off on repairs
