Even a 10 is not enough. Paternostros does customer service like nobody else does anymore. Both Melissa Brown and Gabby are experts at customer service. The entire time that my car was at the shop, I received daily phone calls from Melissa letting me know the status of my repair. When you are without your vehicle, this is INVALUABLE. Others refuse to invest the time it takes to make these calls. What sets Peternostros apart is their willingness to make the investment in customer service that truly matters……..a reassuring voice on the other end of the line.
