I was not satisfied with the communication. I was initially told my vehicle would be repaired no later than 1/31/25 but the vehicle was not completed until 02/19/25. Additionally I didn’t get a text notification until the day of 02/19/25 that my vehicle repair was completed. This was very unprofessional. The final issue I had with this body shop was their refusal to completely repair the truck. They only completed the bare minimum of repairs and didn’t fully repair my vehicle. Now I have to take my truck to another body shop to have it diagnosed properly. I am very unhappy with my service.

The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone, I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name, but he was the man I received my car from. He was so pleasant and professional. These guys did an awesome job on my truck. I can’t even tell that it was damaged match the paint beautifully. If anything ever happens. God say it does not they will be the ones that I want to work on my vehicle.

Thomas the body shop manager was outstanding. He kept me informed the entire time and I have zero complaints. If you had a few of him, you wouldn’t need any other employees. Very satisfied customer.
