Would’ve been a 10 because my service rep was fantastic, she kept me updated and got the job done quickly. Then I had to deal with someone else… my fender liner popped out and was flapping and busted, went back to get them to talk about it, guy stated that it was missing a bolt but if I want it replaced I’d have to go through insurance and implied that they wouldn’t buy a new liner even though they left hardware off and caused it. im not gonna make a big fuss about it because in the grand scheme of things it’s not bad or unsightly, i would still bring my jeep back but I’ll definitely check it more thoroughly next time. Girl that handled my claim fantastic 10/10 other guy kick rocks
