The rim repair didn't turn out very good. There is still a big blemish. I had to pop a parking sensor back into the bumper because my parking alarm wouldn't stop going off.

I have had two vehicles at this collision center, and as usual they do a great job. I have been in touch with Jake and have talk to him about possibly painting my antique S-10. Everyone there was very polite.

The replacement bumper is full of superficial scratches. The area that was painted and adjacent area that was buffed still has scratch marks that weren’t buffed out, paint drips, and dimples in that area. There’s also now a noise coming out of the rear end of my vehicle that must have something to do with the bumper; it didn’t previously exist, but now it does and I can’t figure out where it’s coming from. I’m not at all satisfied.

The guys at the Body Shop were amazing. I really felt they cared and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I’m so glad they fixed my door and have let me know about the corrosion issue so I can bring it back to get fixed when I have the time to leave it. Wonderful guys.
