Tonya and Kai are a pleasure to work with . I was kept informed about what was going on and when my cat would be ready. My ONLY concern is the paperwork that I completed - the print is so light that I could not read what I was signing. I spoke at another customer who was concerned as well but both decided to sign it and hope everything would work out. The department and staff are 10++.

Great experience at Paulding CDJR Collision. The front staff was great to deal with and the communication was second to none.We had my wife’s car, my daughter’s car repaired here. We were completely satisfied. I had my new truck in for a spray in bed liner and it came out great. I would highly recommend this shop.

There was not a whole lot of communication about the progress of the car. It was kept longer because the paint job not coming out great but if it was repainted it was still not the greatest paint job as you can tell it’s not the same paint shade. There were some slight sloppy work done like the windshield that was replaced, the left sticky dirt marks on the inside and I can still see some wiring on the outside where the windshield panel was replaced. I had some plastic liners over the driver and passenger floor mats which they removed without my permission. I this was them cleaning up the inside of the car but it actually wasn’t clean. With that said, overall it’s alright right. They people were nice
