Lack of communication. Tire pressure was below standard when picked it up. They blamed it on the weather. Caused more delays to my vehicle because of miscommunication with Insurance company. Finally picked up vehicle after not having it since 9/4/25.

Best place in town! This place was recommended by the car insurance company. We are very pleased with Paulding Collision. The staff is so accommodating, supportive and friendly. They were very proactive and thorough the process. Brought my son’s car in for repair after was hit the front bumper, everything looks great. The manager, Joel very professional.
