Cracked windshield when I picked my car up. Considering I can provide proof that it was nit there when my car was picked up from me, it should be easy to agree to fix it. Apparently not. I have over $2000.00 worth of things (including parts, breaks,labor and tires) that I had intended on bringing there to have done. If this is how you do business then I would be crazy to trust you with my vehicle again.

Had the windshield accident not happened, my car would be back up there the 2nd week of February for all the repairs that were stated it needed PLUS all new brakes, bearings ect... depending on how Dallas Dodge handles this determines the outcome of That.

my windshield was cracked at some point while in the companies possession. I am now having to wait and see if MY INSURANCE will cover it. I have been left under the impression that I WILL BE RESPONSIBLE if they decline.
