Everyone was courteous and friendly. I had been previously told that the damage to my Jeep was only cosmetic. That was from a picture that had been shared via text. Once Joel got to working on my Jeep he found more extensive damage. I was sent text updating me as the work progressed.

I give this team five stars because, they were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of my car needs. I am pleased with the body work that was performed on my automobile. I was very satisfied from the very first reaction on the telephone, to the very last interaction after my vehicle was repaired and pick up. One surprise convenience, is that this collision center have a connection with the Enterprise Rental Company in Hiram. So therefore, I was picked up from the location taken to the rental car company.
