Car looks great... Took a little longer than expected, but the car looks like new! Rodney was easy to work with, super helpful and made sure my car looked as good as possible. Thank you for detailing the car and interior... Even the engine!... and installing the mirrors and grill... Really appreciate it.

I did a double take when I saw my car. I had to check the license plate to make sure it was my car. It was detailed and looked so new. The rear view mirror, the front bumper. Hard to describe. Basically looks like it has never been damaged, the car has a sheen to it, and they did a lot of work structurally so I feel pretty safe in it. Thank you so much!

first of all, the work was done so well, the car was cleaned like new that I was amazed. I appreciated the updates so I knew the progress of the repair. And everyone from the shop I interacted with was competent, helpful and pleasant.

The first day that i went to santa Monica location, i met a representative who is very professional who spared no effort to help the customer that I am and meet my need. She was just the right person I needed to meet after my car was towed to the body shop. She listens, she cares, she love people and what she does. She is just an asset for your company. Then when I returned the car at la cienega location, i met 2 others representatives who went out of their way to accommodate me. It was closing time when I arrived, with a loaded car, these gentlemen did more than I expected to take care of me. I believe they worked extra time. That is how they care for they business in which they are. Someone whoud say it was a lucky day, NO, they were just very good people. I am very grateful. I was a nice experience. Will recommend ACE to pleople.
