Only because they never informed me that they had to keep it several more days because they found more damage. I found out thru email from my insurance company,so I had to call them so they could tell me the other damage and how much longer they were gonna,have to keep my car and I was paying for rental car out of my pocket. Was also told when there loner car came in they would let me know. Never contacted me one way or the other but should have worked something out with me since they were making money off of me. I could have taken my business elsewhere. They did great work on my vehicle but their customer service needs work and if they are gonna lone out vehicles they need to at least have more than one.
