Denied my repairs stating couldn't guarantee repairs due to previous accident but no records indicated any previous accidents. Took it dynamix collision just up the road and within 24hrs is was considered totalled when it should have been totaled in the first place

I never had an accident or any insurance claim with any of my vehicles and they made my experience wonderful aside from my circumstance. The repair went very smooth and I was updated throughout the entirety. I was informed when my truck was done and they even took care of my rental from Enterprise. Over all I was very happy with Caliber and would recommend 100% to anyone.
