Did not like that Hertz and the gentleman who works there was "bad mouthed". The guy was so nice to me and helped me in ways above and beyond what he needed to do. It didn't make me feel good that your staff would put another area business and their employee down. Not professional. I was although, very pleased with my service at Payne Chevrolet. My car was returned in a timely fashion and looks great. Thank you.
