We had a car repaired here about 15 years ago and a friend was telling me about his good experience here as well.

I noticed there was a run in the paint on the door after I got home. Went back by the shop and asked if there was anything they could do to fix this and to my surprise he asked if I wanted to wait about 20 minutes while they removed the run. It did not take 20 minutes and I could not tell there ever was a run there. Thank you for the fast service.

Overall my experience with Payne was really good. However, after picking up my vehicle and doing a more thorough look I discovered that the bumper was not all the way secured on both sides. This was disappointing given the great body work done. I’m just happy the bumper didn’t fall off.
