This is my first time ever filing a claim for body work. I was not looking forward to it because of the insurance process, claims, delays, etc. You hear other experiences and don’t want to go through it. Thankfully Aaron and George proved me wrong. The communication was excellent from day one. They were very thorough and very understanding of my needs. Unfortunately I didn’t have rental reimbursement so the longer the car would stay in the shop the more it’d cost me. Aaron and George went above and beyond to work with the adjuster, the insurance, and complete the work at a convenient time. My car looks great! Just like it looked when it was delivered new. They even washed it to make look even better. I thank Aaron, George, and Rusty (adjuster) for their amazing work and customer service. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer if needed.

Aaron and Jorge were awesome. I was kept updated on the proceed throughout. The car look like it just arrived off a showroom off. Shine and clean, if I didn't know the location of damages. I would say there was nothing wrong. Overall I'm very happy with outcome and the service I received. I will definitely do business with Payne collision in the future if needed.
