RX Collision did an absolutely amazing job with my 2019 RAM 2500! I was rear ended on the highway and my truck was in bad shape when I brought it in. When I got it back it looked even better than when I had bought it brand new! They were courteous, kind, honest and gave me updates on the status of my truck throughout the repair process. The integrity of this team is unlike anything I have seen before! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a fair and honest deal.

The repairs look great and weāre completed in a timely manner. Customer service was okay. Though the gentleman who assisted me was polite, he did not have a mask on, took him a while to put his own, and his conversation was offensive as he kept going on about gun rights and how Hispanics are not welcomed. Iām Hispanic and found this conversation to be offensive. I kept trying to change the conversation or avoid it and he would revert. If it were for this, I would have had a much better experience.

Prior to my wifeās BMW being damaged there was some work that needed to be done. Not to mention it had been to Sewell several times to fix and refix repairs. I was never satisfied. RX Collision delivered shockingly superior service and work. Not only does my wifeās bmw look brand new and the paint color matched to perfection - it actually drives better too. The way a bmw is supposed to! These guys know their craft and do it well. All the rave reviews are absolutely true.

They took a little longer than first promised, and didnāt get back to me to explain the delay - I was the one who had to follow up They did explain that the color match would be tougher because it was a pearl color. I offered to bring the truck back up when the painter was going to shoot the bumper- they didnāt call and this the paint guy went off of memory and āmix formulaā rather than having a sample to look right there. So the bumper is a bit darker than the rest of the truck
