Mostly. I just wouldn't recommend it if they had to deal with GEICO. If it was something they knew they had to pay for, then absolutely!

I hate giving this number because working with Tom was wonderful. GEICO was the worst throughout the entire experience though. The appraisal or adjuster guy wasn't there at all that week. The number he left on his phone didn't work. I called customer service at an 800 number. They were supposed to reach out to the supervisor. Nobody ever got back to me. I'm extremely disappointed in the service that GEICO had provided. But Tom was wonderful and accommodating.

The end result all the repairs to my car was amazing, Tom and the rest of the staff were great people, very friendly as well as professional. Im glad that RX was the place I chose to have my repairs done. Five stars all the way around.

I was actually quite surprised at how well the work was done and when I picked my car up, it was super clean inside and out. Cleaner than when I dropped it off. It was great! Nice shop too. Very professional. I’m really happy and if I have to, I’ll definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!
