They took forever to start on my vehicle and they kept giving me the run around and saying that they had already started the tare down on my vehicle but they really didn't.

This is a company that makes you feel welcomed from the first visit. Aaron and Victoria at the Bedford location are professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I paid for the parts for my car and when the parts came in… Victoria called and we scheduled the repairs. It was such an easy process and I was thrilled with their work. I highly recommend this company.

Once I got home, and further inspected my car, I found a scratch on the driver's door that was not there when I dropped my vehicle off.

At the onset, the service manager kept telling me how things with the insurance company went at another Payne's location, which had nothing to do with my situation. Also, I feel like at the beginning I had to play an intermediary between Payne's Collision and the insurance representative. An updated estimate was sent to the insurance company that I wasn't aware of until the insurance rep mentioned it, so I felt a bit foolish not knowing that Payne was asking for additional funds to repair my car. I feel like I should have gotten that information from the service rep, not the insurance company.

The owner told me you’re not the woman I wish to talk with because I was looking for him to explain y they took more then two months to get the vehicle back to me very poor customer service he is disgusting.
