Overall, excellent customer service. Very thorough job with the car. They even went above and beyond! They definitely deserve a 10, but my only notes would be when they tell the customer to pick up their car after a certain time, they should also include what time they close. Second, they should tell the customer in advance that they don't accept credit cards so that the customer is prepared for payment when they arrive.

The car repair looks great. My only complaint is that It was supposed to be to be ready on Tuesday ( 7 days) and it wasn’t ready til Thursday and I had to call on Tuesday . I was paying $26 dollars out of pocket for insurance on the car rental to the tune of $311.so I wish that it didn’t take so long to fix the car. The owner Eric was very nice and he and his crew did an excellent job! Thank you
