Pearl street is absolutely lovely and went above and beyond! They kept me up to date and were flexible when a few things didn’t go as expected. Everyone I spoke to was kind and extremely knowledgeable and explained what was going on and why!!

The team is professional and attentive to detail, making my visit comfortable despite my little knowledge of cars. They repaired my vehicle to perfection and ahead of schedule, working out all the details with my insurance on the back end so I wouldn’t have to. They even went above and beyond to clean the vehicle inside and out :) I would highly recommend Pearl Street Auto Body.

I picked up my finished truck on March 26th and dropped the rental car off at Pearl Street Auto and asked them if they were going to call the rental car agency to notify them that the rental is there and they said yes. I just received a call on April 3rd from the rental car agency and they wanted to know when I dropped the rental car off since insurance agency informed them that I picked up my truck on March 26th. So Pearl Street never contacted the rental agency about them having the car all this time. Not great follow through by Pearl Street. What if something has happened to the rental it would fall on me not very happy that they never contacted rental company.

Erick and his team are perfectionist. A tree in my own yard fell on my truck. My truck needed a-lot of work, new parts, and areas of resurfacing and repainting. When Erick was finished it never looked better. I highly recommend using this shop for any auto body repair.
