The repair work was great, my car looks new in the area they repaired.

There were quite a few delays that I know were out of the Auto Bodys Control, but on the day I was told my car would be ready at 4:30pm I arrived at 5pm and it was still not ready and that was not communicated to me so I went the next morning to get it, but I had already returned my rental car.

I was especially impressed by the level of communication from the autobody shop, who texted regular updates about their progress and let me know that they were on track to meet their promised date.

They were fabulous about communicating with me. I got regular texts with updates on their progress, an estimated completion date, an update when it was going to take them an extra day or two and confirmation that my car was done.
