The repair was great. The overpromising of timeline was extremely frustrating. I do understand it was a bigger job, but no diligence was done to even lay eyes on my car before I dropped it off. Only having one person for PDR and not going anywhere else to make sure the customer actually gets their vehicle back in a timely manner isn’t a great business model.

Only having one person for PDR and not going anywhere else to make sure the customer actually gets their vehicle back in a timely manner isn’t a great business model. I was never kept in the loop for the growing timeline either. I had to call. The fact that their PDR guy was busy with other stuff wasn’t an acceptable reason at all for me to not get my car back when they said I would.
