I’m very satisfied with your workmanship and expertise in the body work done on my car. The paint matching the original paint that is almost 20 years old was very good. My car was turned over to me was very clean and even my tires had a coat of tire shine making it look great. In the future for any work I will recommend your business to others. Having Geico and your shop working together made it so easy for me. I really all I had to do was take my car there and everything else was taken care of. They do not deliver on the agreed date, they do not make sure to deliver the work successfully since my car has faults forcing me to leave it for longer to still take it to me unfinished. The rear camera was distorted which indicates to me that they do not review the final work before delivering, this comment is constructive in order to improve the service... thank you for everything.

I was promised that the car wasn’t going to be fixed (painted, replaced items) which wasn’t done and suggested to do the mechanical repairs needed. Seems like the inspection and buffers were done. Nothing else. We’re waiting for a mechanic/Pelham’s shop work statement.
