Her integrity and professionalism are evident in every interaction. The sincerity in addressing the root cause of my issue allowed me to confidently determine that this was the appropriate repair facility. I highly recommend Penske Collision Center for any vehicle repair needs. The repair was completed ahead of schedule, and the cost was reasonable. The entire Collision team deserves five stars for their friendliness and accommodating nature. I particularly appreciate Heidi Howie’s stellar communication and service. Her advocacy and efficiency exceeded my expectations. The level of professionalism and courtesy displayed to me far surpassed my expectations.

Estimator, Sarah Farsian provided awesome customer service👏🏽. She is an excellent communicator! The receptionist lacked good customer service skills. She was too soft spoken, not attentive and came across dismissive when I asked her questions.
