I took my car to Penske with high expectations as I know they have a great reputation. They went above and beyond in every aspect. Michelle was my estimator and could not have made my life any easier. She took care of everything and kept me updated the whole time. Absolute peace of mind when she had my car. The tech team Marcelino and Felix did top notch work too. You could never tell any body work was done to my vehicle. It looks like it came off the factory line. From the GM, Michelle, techs, painters to the car wash guys everything was perfect! Hopefully I won’t have to use them again but if I do they are the only ones who will work on any of my vehicles.
