Michelle handled the repair of my Cayenne after our house professionally and kindly. She is very quick to respond and did everything she could to move the repair pro along. Kudos to Michelle and the entire team. The concierge office on Princess drive was convenient, well-appointment and every individual we encountered from the first person who answ the phone to individuals who greeted is upon arrival were friendly and knowledgeable. they had my car for a month and then they called and sais the car "WAS READY!", we picked the car, paid our deductable and and our way to work, we noticed the heather was not working, we returned the car and after couple of days they said the heather was not related to the accident and they have to see waht they can do. I called today and they told me I have to take it somewhere else to fix it! one month before the accident , the car had a complete check up at the dealership and it was in a perfect condition, the problem with the heather indeed is accident related.Scott was telling us it was broken before and we dont know how he figured that out. now I am responsible for part of expences of rental car and they still have my car, it is a complete mess and I am waiting for the insurance to solve it with them

Overall the work done looks great. Sadly it took 23 days to complete and my driver side door has scratches on the handle where they used to the key to unlock the door.

The bodywork repair done was 10 out of 10. I think some of the sensors need re-calibrating and will address at a later date. As I've been traveling, I have not inspected 100% so my opinion "may" change but for now seems perfect (recalibration notwithstanding).
