Jose Franco is amazing! He consistently provides excellent service and is very helpful. However, the receptionists’ customer service could be improved. At times, when calling or asking questions, they seem bothered or annoyed. Since they are the main point of communication, it would be great to see more friendly and supportive interactions. Improving this would greatly enhance the overall experience.

The car was not polished, yet we were told it had been polished. There is evident "orange peel" visible all throughout the car, and what's more there is a blemish on the hood that would have been removed of it would have been polished.

I'm really happy that they painted part of my car. Even though the parts that really needed painting weren't painted. I received the car very dusty and dirty. There are paint chips in various places inside the car. Needs improvement, let's put it that way.

Overall I am happy with the collision repair. However some stuff were removed from my car that I feel were unnecessary. Like a membership sticker on my windshield. As well as my dash cam. Which is missing a piece.
