They had me waiting for over an hour, to pick up my car. While other people were coming in and leaving with their cars within 10 minutes. I had to sot there and wait, and they would tell almost ready. And to top it off the messed up the handle and lock from the back passenger seat. It won’t open from the inside.

Broke item left in my car (dashboard clip), and left a piece of the door loose. There were paint spots on the window and parts of the trim where paint is not supposed to be. New logos were provided for the repainted panels, and the old ones were left for me in the car. Work was completed in a timely manner and rental car was provided to me. It was easy to talk to customer service reps.

It is not a 10 due to the fact that I needed to return a rental the day after I received it. The staff was nice but it took around 30 minutes to receive the other car rental. This delay caused me to be late for an event I was attending.
