The repairs on my truck were completed as promised, my questions were answered thoroughly and I got my truck back two days before the promised completion date. Perfect Appearance made a stressful time much less so.

My Experience

This was a great experience about an unfortunate situation. From the beginning Jose was very attentive to the situation. He communicated clearly the outcome and the timeline. We received regular updates about progress on the vehicle that exceeded expectation. In the end the project came in under bid and was completed ahead of schedule. Again an excellent level of service was provided especially since it was a difficult situation to navigate between insurance coverage with multiple agents involved and work on a rare 30yo vehicle. I would highly recommend Perfect Appearance to anyone that needs repair work done. Five Stars for communication, quality of work, timeline, patience and cost expectation.
