From the beginning Jose was very attentive to the situation. He communicated clearly the outcome and the timeline. We received regular updates about progress on the vehicle that exceeded expectation. In the end the project came in under bid and was completed ahead of schedule. Again an excellent level of service was provided especially since it was a difficult situation to navigate between insurance coverage with multiple agents involved and work on a rare 30yo vehicle.
