Absolutely incredible service, I own a custom PT-cruiser that I scratched about a year ago and a dent on the trunk of my PT. You guys not only completed a job I thought was very difficult, but most body shops ussually would tell me they can’t find the color and wouldn’t even take my business. Repairs were made in a timely manner, we were made aware of the repair progress and we were able to retrieve our vehicle a full day ahead of schedule. For the Wood River Valley, the repair costs were within line. We would use Perfect Appearance again if required.

The staff is super friendly and efficient. The technicians do a beautiful job and pay attention to the tiniest details. I appreciate being kept apprised of the progress on my car, and it was definitely repaired in a timely fashion even though the business is very busy. I also appreciate that they cleaned my car.
